[Bensenville, IL, October 26, 2019] - TSA is pleased to announce the addition of Steve Laich to our management team.  Mr. Laich is a highly accomplished manufacturing senior executive with experience at all levels of the non-ferrous supply chain.  Mr. Laich will be taking on the role of Vice President of Operations and will be working closely with each of our facilities to help improve productivity, quality and safety.

Mr. Laich comes to TSA with over 30 years of experience in the non-ferrous industry.  Most recently, he worked at Penn Machine Company where he was the Director of Operations.  There he reorganized operations, supply chain and engineering departments.  He also put a focus on continuous improvements to work on standardization, control plans and KATA experiments, which improved quality and resulted in lower costs and bigger contribution margins.

With 25+ years at ATI he brings an understanding of stainless quality and production that will greatly benefit the TSA customer base.

Mr. Laich has extensive knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, KATA, ISO9001 and ERP systems, and TSA is excited to have him bring these tools to us for improvement of our business process capabilities.

His goal is to make every employee think like an owner so that they are more engaged and able to create an atmosphere of safety, quality and productivity.
